IXG will accept returns for
shirts, polo’s and tee’s for exchanges only. IXG cannot accept returns
on water bottles, snack containers, reusable bags or travel mugs. All
merchandise must be received by IXG prior to issuing a credit or
exchange. We must have requested items in stock in order for them to be
exchanged. All shipped returns must include your name, a copy of the PO
and the item(s) that you wish to exchange. For
damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order
will be credited if a credit is desired. For exchanges on merchandise
that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit the original freight
charges. Please note, items returned for exchanges after 30 days will
be issued an IXG.com credit. |
